As our lawyers negotiate and draft contracts, they aim at a result which both fulfils the client’s needs and is well-balanced between the parties to the contract.

 

An important part of our work consists of drafting and negotiating different kinds of contracts. We specialise in contracts which deal with the areas of product supply, services, deliveries, joint ventures, financing arrangements, licensing, trade, acquirement and utilisation of industrial rights, employment contracts and other types of contract arrangements.

 

We also assist our clients in enhancing their own standards of activity. This involves for example drafting model contracts and documents, arranging training courses for our clients’ key personnel, enhancing their contract culture and formulating internal company codes.
