We are a medium sized Greek law firm established in Athens in 1971. Our practice is predominately tax although we maintain a full commitment to business law and private client matters. Our clients range from international public companies to private entrepreneurs, from financial institutions to private individuals. Our working languages are Greek, English, French, German and Spanish.

TAX LAW

Tax law is our specialization. We cover all possible issues of direct and indirect taxation, VAT , custom duties etc with emphasis on structuring deals and schemes to the client's advantage. Our firm's greatest asset is the deep knowledge of Greek tax legislation. The founder, Iason Skouzos, barrister, has a degree in Economics and a degree in Greek Law. After having worked for many years in the tax department of the Ministry of Finance he became a barrister naturally specialized in tax. We have a prestigious record of published court decisions that landmarked the development of Greek tax jurisprudence.
