We are a Czech legal office providing consultations and  representing Czech clients as well as foreign clients.

 

We advocate our clients at courts of law and  also in the scope of extra-judicial settlements.  We provide full of our services in the German, English and Russian languages.

 

Our office further represents commercial firms listed at the Prague Stock Exchange and also one Austrian bank institution. We represent foreign investors undertaking  in the Czech republic, mainly in the field of corporation law, commercial law, industrial property law (especially trade mark law), unfair competition law and cartel law.

 

Our staff consists of three qualified attorneys-at-law, an expert-consultant at industrial rights, five junior lawyers and eight trainees.
