- He founded the law firm in Brno in 1990.
- In 1991, Mr. Kyjovsky practiced law in one of the main law firms in Switzerland,the Krnet Hirt, Guolioti in Bern, specialized in representation of Swiss industrial corporations.
- In 1993, he visited the Salzburg seminar on American Rights and in 1995 participated on the Seminar on European Rights organized by the Danish Bar Association.
- From 1991 until 1995, he cooperated with the Prague legal office of Zeiner, Golan Nir & Partner where he had mainly been dealing with issues concerning international companies and establishments of their branches in the Czech Republic.
- Mr. Kyjovsky is specialized in industrial rights.
- He represents foreign legal entities in the Czech Republic, especially in the southern region of Moravia.
- He is also experienced with arbitration proceedings at various arbitration courts, i.e. the ICC Court of Arbitration in Paris.
- Mr. Kyjovsky is a member of AIPPI – the Czech branch of an organization devoted to intellectual rights. He is a member of the European Young Bar Association – EYBA – joining young European lawyers.
- For many years, he has been a member of Disciplinary Committee of the Czech Bar Association and a member of Foreign Affairs Committee of the Czech Bar Association.
