• Mgr. Marta Špillerová  accomplished her law studies  at the Law Faculty of the Masaryk University and   graduated in 1998, when she successfully presented her final thesis on Leasing in Practice. 
• Since July 1998, she has been employed in our law firm and has passed a legal bar qualification in September 2001.
• She is specialized in foundations of Czech  business companies as well as branches of  foreign business entities.
• She provides legal consultations in the field of housing law, trade law and in cases ruled by the Foreigners Domicile Act.
• Mgr. Marta Špillerová represents our clients at the courts of law in civil  and commercial cases and advocates our clients in criminal matters, too.
