The Law Firm of Legal Advisers and Barristers dr Gluchowski dr Jedlinski dr Rodziewicz adw Zwara and Partners with its seat in Sopot and branch office in Warsaw was established in 1992 bringing together experience and skills of its associates in the field of legal assistance to business.

 

Academic work at the University of Gdansk on one hand and many years of individual legal practice on behalf of different institutions and business entities allowed our lawyers to gain appropriate qualifications. Members of boards in companies dealing among others with real estate and computer technologies, the associates were given an additional opportunity to enlarge their competence.

 

Presently the team of our Law Firm is composed of 20 lawyers specialised in civil law matters in broad meaning of the term, especially in issues related to commercial activity, ownership transformations, real estate issues, insurance, as well as in administrative and tax law.

The lawyers of our Firm are authors of a number of legal opinions prepared for domestic and foreign subjects, as well as governmental and self-governmental entities.

 

The Law Firm has participated in legislative works related to enactment of legal acts and institutions, prepared also under PHARE schemes. The lawyers of our Firm have contributed to the work of Parliamentary commissions as experts.

 

The partners have been employed in the departments of civil law, civil procedural law, commercial law and administrative law of the Law Faculty at the Gdansk University. They are authors of many publications on these subjects.

 

The lawyers of the Firm are experienced in the establishment, functioning, mergers and acquisitions of companies and in legal assistance to investment processes. Their membership or presidency in supervisory boards, including the companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, additionally enlarges the practical experience.

 

The Law Firm insists on the development of professional skills of its lawyers, enabling and supporting their participation in additional courses and training. The languages spoken in our Law Firm include English, Swedish, Norwegian, German.
