  • Legal analysis and verifications of legal status of real estate necessary for investment processes, also with regard to contracts aiming to assure proper financing of projects.

Our Law Firm closely co-operates with authorities of the city of Sopot in projects in the city centre and most vital investments in real estate. The Law Firm has negotiated a building project on behalf of the Warsaw Archdiocese and The Foundation for Polish German Co-operation in centre of Warsaw.

 

Public Sector:

 

The Law Firm co-operates tightly and gives legal services to bodies of self-government and local government. It presents opinions for the Head of the Polish Parliament, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Culture and Preservation of National Heritage, and also supported the Head of Gdansk province in cases related to the insolvency of Gdansk Shipyard. The Firm renders legal assistance to the Supervisory Board of the National Social Insurance Institution, to the City Councils of Gdansk, Sopot and Gdynia, to the Head of Pomerania province.
