| Camille Naccache Attorney at Law Legal Counsel
After graduating in Civil Law from Saint-Joseph University – Beirut, he was admitted to the Beirut Bar Association in 1988.
From 1988 to 1989, he pursued an LLM degree in International Business Economic and Commercial Law from Mc Gill University – Montreal (Canada), and acted between 1989 and 1991 in Luxembourg as internal legal counsel for a bank.
Between 1996 and 1997, he lectured corporate law at Pigier school of commerce.
In 2004, he graduated from the “École Supérieure des Affaires de Beyrouth”, with two MBAs one from said school and the other from the “École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris/ École des Affaires de Paris”.
He is the author of several legal notes and articles: “L’affacturage au Liban: perspectives juridiques” (1998), “Pouvoirs et responsabilités de l’administrateur délégué” (1998), “Réflexions sur une privatisation annoncée” (1999), “Une méthode de règlement alternatif des différends : la médiation” (2002); and the co-author of a book on bankruptcy regulation under the Lebanese law.
