Andrew Priestley - Principal

Mr Priestley is admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria and the Supreme Court of New South Wales. He holds degrees in Economics and Law from Monash University in Melbourne and has been admitted to practice law since 1984. Mr Priestley has written articles on Australian and European legal issues for the Australian editions of "Europe Business Review" and the weekly newspaper "New Europe". He has lived in Europe and speaks fluent German.

Ms Tran is admitted to practice in the New South Wales and advises on commercial agreements and insolvency.

William Mulholland

Mr Mulholland is based in Melbourne and practices in the area of commercial law
