Felix Groot is a partner with Schreurs Van Duin Abma Van Eeuwijk Solicitors and Civil law notaries since 1995.

His main areas of practise are corporate law and employment law.

Felix Groot and the Employment Law Section of the firm advise in all issues dealing with employment law and connected areas, e.g:

-       representation of their Netherlands and international clients in

        Dutch courts;

-       drafting of employment contracts;

-       dismissal of staff and dissolution of employment agreements

         under Dutch law;

-       setting up the employment law related structure of subsidiaries

         in the Netherlands
