Career history

 

Charles van Beuningen read political science, philosophy and law at the Universities of Lausanne, Madrid and Utrecht. As lawyer entitled to practice before the Supreme Court of the Netherlands, he is specialised in general commercial briefs. Clients include private sector companies and institutions in the Netherlands and abroad as well as embassies and private individuals.

 

The firm advises in many disciplines including the establishment of foreign companies in the Netherlands, company law, contract and tenancy law, employment law, environmental law and international private law.

 

The firm has command of spoken and written Dutch, English, French, Spanish and German.
