Next meeting of the Team Members within the Autumn Meeting in Punta Negra - MALLORCA

27 and 28 October 2005

 

The Agenda for the Sports Law Team is:

 

1. 4th International Sports Law Congress in Berlin 28 - 29 April 2006

2. Speakers for the Congress

3. Presentation of AVRIO/Brochure, leaflet etc.

4. Participation of all Members/input by members

 

The topics of the Congress will be:

a) The Monopole of the Federations at its end? (Anti-Trust, Unfair Competition)

b) Special (Labour-) Law for professional sportsmen? (Labour Law, Civil Law)

c) Jurisdiction by arbitrating bodies of international and national Sports Associations (Civil Procedure Law)

d) Fraud in Sports (Criminal Law, Indemnity Law)

 

Members are asked to look for competent speakers (english speaking preferred)and ask them for participation before the Meeting in Mallorca.
