Types of work undertaken

Commercial property: work includes property development and investment, environmental issues, construction law, commercial leases and under-leases and station trading lettings. Within the division there is an unparalleled depth of experience and expertise covering the whole spectrum of rail property work.
Company and commercial: the firm handles acquisitions, mergers and disposals, management buy-outs and buy-ins, terms and conditions of trading, company formations, company secretarial and intellectual property
Financial: the firm handles banking and finance matters. Its associated specialist financial services and investment management firm, Thesis Asset Management plc, has in excess of £800m of client funds under advisory and discretionary management, offering corporate finance services to a range of companies as well as financial planning and investment advice to a large number of clients.
Litigation: work includes intellectual property, banking, construction, insurance, commercial property, professional negligence and insurance.
Private Client: services focus on taxation and trusts but also residential property, family law, pensions and wills.
